A 30-45 minute conversation to meet and establish next steps. We may need additional “discovery” sessions prior to moving to treatment planning.

Here we will grow our understanding and establish a plan. What services do you feel will meet your goals and how often would you like our input. This is YOUR plan. We will establish how much work YOU want to put into your success, what skills might be brought forward, and what skills may need to be further developed. Medication plans are available, but not mandatory.
